What is a Ductless HVAC System?

A ductless system connects an outdoor unit with an indoor unit to provide heating and cooling to a single area or zone in your home without the added expense of installing ductwork into your walls or ceiling. With a ductless system, an outdoor unit is placed outside your home at ground level and connected to an indoor unit using small cables and a refrigerant line.
