“I had a very positive experience. I called for service late in the morning, and Day & Night AC were at my door by 1:00 PM. My technician, Todd, was great and very experienced. He was able to diagnose the problem with my AC unit quickly, propose a repair, and have me back up and running with cold AC on a triple-digit summer day.
