Service Plumber

Day & Night Air Conditioning & Plumbing, Inc. of Phoenix, AZ is looking to hire a full-time Residential Service Plumber to troubleshoot, repair, and replace plumbing items as needed in our valued customer’s homes. Responsibilities:

Accurate completion of work orders and associated paperwork in a timely manner· Communicate with scheduling department on a regular basis regarding project/work order updates and client concerns· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment· Ability to speak knowledgeably about the capabilities of the company to potential and existing clients· Maintain a clean & safe driving record· Be able to perform camera inspections and be willing to learn.

Qualifications:

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize · Exceptional customer service· Effective and positive interpersonal and communication skills in a team environment· Detail-oriented, self-motivated, clean, and organized. Ability to use critical thinking and logic to isolate and resolve or troubleshoot issues in a timely manner Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential plumbing.
